WHAT WE DO

THE HOA

The primary responsibility of the Citrus Cove HOA is to assist with the management of drinkable water provided by our well and tank, as well as maintenance of the mailbox structure. All other aspects of the community are managed by the county. We all work together to help each other and ensure we have safe drinking water.

01.

WE'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR

MANAGING WATER

41 Residents share the the community well and water tank located just to the left of the Largo Vista subdivision entrance. The association manages that water supply for the Citrus Cove residents.

02.

WE MAINTAIN THE

MAILBOXES STRUCTURE

The mailbox structure houses most of the Citrus Cove residents mailboxes. The HOA maintains the structure and ground up-keep only. The mailboxes are located across the street from 13302 Suburban Terrace.

03.

WE PROVIDE ASSISTANCE &

OFFER SUPPORT

The HOA makes itself available to answer any questions or concerns about the water supply, getting setup and mailbox access. We strive our best to be responsive and to ensure all our neighbors are cared for.

HOA PROPERTY

The HOA owns the property our well and tank reside on, as well as the “pit” located behind the mailbox. These properties currently do not have a physical address registered.

INSURANCE

The HOA has liability insurance on the property of the tank, the pit and on the officers. The well and tank themselves are not insurable.

Shopping

Publix is located just 1.8 miles away and Target is just 3.4 miles away. Split between both Clermont and Winter Garden, you have the best of both worlds.

REPORT PROBLEMS WITH

ROADS/DRAINAGE

The Problem: Our community is older and suffers from the engineering of the roads and ditches of the time. Therefore, our roads are extremely deteriorated and heavy rains continue to damage the roads and surrounding landscape. Lake county workers are often seen making repeated repairs but not implementing long term solutions for road quality and drainage. Several of our neighbors homes have been flooded or yards severely damaged.

WORKING TOGETHER

WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Submit an anonymous request to the Lake County, Florida Roads & Drainage department explaining your concerns for the quality, safety or damage of roads and storm flow.

Grouping together to express concern is the best way to action and improvement in our community. County officials have been helpful in the past, but need to appreciate how serious and important our roads and drainage are.
